Job summary

A leading consultancy in Dubai is hiring a Project Manager with a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. The role involves managing project scopes, ensuring health and safety, and overseeing multiple residential projects concurrently. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a PM role, preferably with mixed-use projects, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. PMP certification is a plus. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to project management.

Qualifications

Job description

We are hiring a Project Manager for our client, a leading consultancy based in Dubai.

What will you do?

• Managing and being accountable for your scope of work on the project.
  
• Being fully aware of the project objectives in line with the project execution plan and managing ad and supervising the relevant project team/parties to achieve these objectives.
• Being actively engaged in the health, safety, and well-being of the project at all stages.
• To handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Participating in planning and monitoring the progress of your project.Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues

What are we looking for?

• A bachelors degree or master's degree in Civil Engineering or ina related field
• Min 5 years experience as a PM for mixed-use , residential projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel), MS Project is a must.
• Good knowledge of HSE rules and regulations and a proactive approach; suitable technical qualification relevant to the specific project/role.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills
  
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner
