China State Construction middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Project Manager to lead the Construction team in a large scale Project in Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.
  • Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of construction projects; monitor and coordinate work performed by staff. Plan and organize resources in advance
  • Identify and understand key risks and opportunities in all aspects of the project. This will include head contracts, designs, budgets, authorities and project delivery.
  • Create an environment for exceptional team performance to ensure the teams, roles, skills and behavior are aligned with the company objectives and project requirements.
  • Lead and promote the achievement of safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences.
  • Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions; performs project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate.
  • Participate in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions; provides conceptual
  • Coordinate the production stage of Joinery units with the factory and make sure its following project design, budget, program, and quality standards, Estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
  • Develop and monitor procurement strategies to ensure suppliers meet project specifications and program.
