Senior Product / Product Manager

Location: Marina Plaza, Dubai

• Full-Time | On-Site

We are hiring a Senior Product / Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution governance for our internal products.

This is a high-accountability hybrid Product / Project role.

The role is senior, demanding, and outcome-driven.You will:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap
• Govern delivery across two Scrum teams (each with a strong BA)
• Ensure clear separation between strategic direction and detailed requirements
• Work directly with the CEO and CTO
• Be accountable for timing, reporting, risk management, user feedback, and production stability
• Ensure technology is fully implemented into real operational processes

Key Accountabilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Full ownership of product roadmap and priorities
• Translate business strategy into executable product initiatives
• Make explicit trade-offs between scope, timing, and quality

Delivery Governance

• Oversee delivery across two Scrum teams
• Set priorities and sequencing; BAs handle detailed requirements
• Protect teams from scope churn and misaligned work

Executive & Stakeholder Alignment

• Direct collaboration with CEO and CTO
• Interview internal users and convert operational needs into product decisions
• Act as a single point of product accountability

Timing, Reporting & Risk

• Own delivery timelines and milestone tracking
• Provide clear executive-level reporting (status, risks, dependencies)
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and operational risks

Technical Product Ownership

• Strong understanding of CRM / SaaS architectures
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and system design
• No coding required, but high technical literacy expected

User Feedback & Production Support

• Own structured user feedback loops
• Coordinate production support and post-release issues
• Balance roadmap delivery with system stability

Operational Implementation

• Ensure features are adopted and embedded into daily workflows
• Close the gap between “feature delivered” and “business value realized”

Profile

Required

• Senior experience as Technical Product Manager / Product Manager / Hybrid PM
• Proven ownership of strategic roadmaps and prioritization
• Experience with CRM or complex SaaS platforms
• Strong delivery governance across multiple teams
• Confident working with C-level stakeholders
• Jira & Confluence proficiency
• Experience in real estate, brokerage, or operationally complex domains is a strong advantage
