In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with standards and specifications. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and effective leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical engineering projects from conception through to completion while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with design teams to develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and bid documents for mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, and local authority standards (DCD, DM).
• Oversee site operations to ensure that installation and commissioning of mechanical systems comply with design specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that may arise.
• Support procurement processes by reviewing and approving material submittals and coordinating with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and progress presentations for stakeholders.
