Job Summary

The Landscape Project Engineer is responsible for coordinating supervising and executing landscape construction projects from inception to completion. The role includes planning design coordination technical supervision and ensuring compliance with project specifications and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan execute and manage landscape construction projects according to drawings specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants architects landscape designers and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Review technical drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site (softscape hardscape irrigation and lighting systems).
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards HSE compliance and adherence to specifications.
• Monitor project progress update schedules and report delays or issues to project management.
• Supervise installation of landscaping elements like trees shrubs turfing paving decking pergolas and water features.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of landscape materials and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily reports RFI logs and material approvals.
• Assist in cost control quantity surveying and preparing progress billing documents.
• Support testing and commissioning of irrigation and lighting systems in coordination with MEP teams.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 37 years of relevant experience in landscape or infrastructure construction projects
