Job description

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing manufacturing and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What youll do:

  • Establish and uphold execution standards safety protocols and team workflows in alignment with Archers global expectations.
  • Lead the execution of key operational programs in the UAE including aircraft logistics site establishment and event coordination.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between headquarters and UAE program teams.
  • Drive tactical problem-solving and daily issue resolution escalating impediments and implementing real-time solutions.
  • Monitor program milestones budgets and critical path items to ensure timely delivery.
  • Establish and uphold execution standards safety protocols and team workflows.

What you need:

  • 5 years of experience in project or program management preferably in aerospace infrastructure or logistics
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Experience managing vendors events and timelines under pressure
  • Proactive solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred
  • Based in UAE and able to travel regularly between Abu Dhabi and Dubai and other cities as needed

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in mobility aviation or transport sectors
  • Track record managing time-critical programs involving international teams
  • Strong technical background and ability to understand aircraft-related requirements
