  • Turn analytical findings into actionable recommendations for product, process, and program development.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify regional trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Evaluate competing seller services, fulfillment solutions, and customer‑experience practices.
  • Lead customer and seller research initiatives to understand preferences, pain points, and emerging expectations.
  • Gather insights through interviews, surveys, performance data, operational feedback, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of domestic and international fulfillment processes.
  • Identify process gaps that affect seller participation, delivery performance, customer experience, or operational efficiency.
  • Recommend practical process improvements that simplify workflows and improve service consistency.
  • Design and manage pilot initiatives that test new products, processes, or seller‑engagement mechanisms.
  • Establish performance indicators and tracking mechanisms for pilot programs.
  • Monitor seller participation, operational results, customer impact, and progress against targets.
  • Review pilot outcomes and recommend whether initiatives should be improved, scaled, redesigned, or discontinued.
  • Coordinate projects across product, operations, technology, commercial, and regional teams.

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor 's degree or an equivalent recognized qualification.
  • At least 1 year of program management or project management experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, multiple‑criteria lookups, nested formulas, data cleansing, and array formulas.
  • Ability to analyze operational and customer data and communicate meaningful conclusions.
  • Strong project‑planning skills with the ability to define milestones, owners, dependencies, and success measures.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders is advantageous.
