Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver strategic Fulfillment by Amazon programs across the MENATR region.
- Lead seller experience, inbound operations, and supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Identify seller pain points and convert them into structured improvement opportunities.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover operational gaps, performance trends, and root causes.
- Develop scalable dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and business performance reviews.
- Define key performance indicators for inbound operations, inventory management, transportation, cost, and seller experience.
- Build automated or repeatable reporting processes that support timely decision‑making.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Develop business cases supported by financial, operational, and customer‑impact analysis.
- Present program performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner with operations teams to improve inbound receiving and fulfillment processes.
- Work with supply chain teams to improve inventory flow, capacity planning, and network performance.
- Coordinate with finance teams on cost efficiency, forecasting, budgeting, and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to define system requirements and automation opportunities.
- Influence roadmap prioritization using seller feedback, operational data, and business impact.
- Lead cross‑functional projects from initial scoping through implementation and performance measurement.
- Establish project plans, milestones, ownership structures, and governance mechanisms.
- Monitor project dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and delivery timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement across inventory management and transportation programs.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational defects, delays, manual effort, and unnecessary costs.
- Improve seller communications, support processes, and operational visibility.
- Investigate recurring performance issues and coordinate sustainable corrective actions.
- Prioritize multiple initiatives based on customer impact, seller value, feasibility, and business return.
- Work independently in an entrepreneurial environment with changing requirements.
- Resolve ambiguous and complex problems through structured analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
- Maintain clear written documentation covering requirements, decisions, processes, and results.
- Promote data‑driven decision‑making across the regional FBA organization.
- Standardize successful practices and scale them across relevant markets.
- Ensure all initiatives support improved fulfillment efficiency and customer experience.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable business insights.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, scripting, or related analytical tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including table joins and aggregate functions.
- Experience defining business measures, metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams across operations, product, technology, finance, marketing, legal, or business development.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage several responsibilities, deadlines, and stakeholder priorities.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing process improvements.
- Strong root‑cause analysis and structured problem‑solving capability.
- Ability to prepare business cases and influence decisions through data.
- Confidence presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Experience in logistics, fulfillment, transportation, supply chain, or operations is preferred.
- Experience leading large cross‑functional programs is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Amazon QuickSight, or other data visualization software is preferred.
- Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, or asset management is beneficial.
- Master's degree or MBA in supply chain, analytics, engineering, finance, statistics, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and limited supervision.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to measurable results.
- Customer‑focused and seller‑focused approach to program design.
- Ability to combine long‑term strategy with detailed operational execution.
