Program Manager – Alternate Fulfillment in Dubai is a Logistics and Supply Chain opportunity focused on expanding Seller Flex, Vendor Flex, and Direct Fulfillment programs across Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey.

Overview

The Program Manager will lead regional initiatives for Amazon’s Unified Alternate Fulfillment channel across the AMET region. These channels enable customer orders to be fulfilled directly from seller and vendor warehouses while maintaining Amazon’s standards for speed, reliability, and the customer experience. The role supports the expansion and optimization of Seller Flex, Vendor Flex, and Direct Fulfillment programs, combining strategic planning, data analysis, process development, stakeholder management, and end‑to‑end project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional program management for Unified Alternate Fulfillment initiatives across AMET.
  • Support the expansion of Seller Flex, Vendor Flex, and Direct Fulfillment networks.
  • Define program requirements, scope, objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop structured project plans and coordinate implementation from concept through completion.
  • Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, business risks, and growth opportunities.

  • Establish reporting mechanisms, performance metrics, and program review processes.

  • Coordinate with operations, supply chain, technology, finance, product, and commercial teams.

  • Identify process defects and develop scalable corrective actions.
  • Lead process‑improvement projects using data, metrics, and root‑cause analysis.
  • Monitor delivery quality, operational efficiency, capacity, cost, and customer experience.
  • Evaluate the long‑term impact of proposed operational and program changes.
  • Develop new processes and standard operating mechanisms for program expansion.
  • Track project schedules, dependencies, actions, risks, and unresolved issues.
  • Mitigate delivery risks and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
  • Conduct independent research and analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product selection through alternate fulfillment channels.
  • Support fulfillment directly from seller and vendor facilities.
  • Ensure alternate fulfillment programs maintain Amazon Prime customer experience standards.
  • Coordinate pilot programs, market launches, and regional scale‑up activities.
  • Standardize successful operating practices across relevant countries and teams.
  • Influence stakeholders without relying solely on formal reporting authority.
  • Manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑moving and ambiguous environment.
  • Contribute to broader organizational initiatives where appropriate.

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience developing program requirements and measurable success criteria.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from initial planning through implementation and performance review.
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with complex operational datasets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
  • Strong project planning, scheduling, and risk‑management skills.
  • Ability to build processes, governance mechanisms, and scalable operating models.
  • Experience communicating program results and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder‑management capability across multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to coordinate teams across different functions, countries, and business units.
