Amazon UAE in Dubai is seeking a Program Manager – Alternate Fulfillment to lead regional initiatives for AMET, expanding Seller Flex, Vendor Flex, and Direct Fulfillment across Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey.

The role blends strategy, data analysis, process development, and stakeholder management to improve fulfillment performance and customer experience, while coordinating with multiple teams and leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience.
• At least 3 years cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience defining program requirements and measurable success criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional program management for Unified Alternate Fulfillment across AMET.
• Support expansion of Seller Flex, Vendor Flex, and Direct Fulfillment networks.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop structured project plans and coordinate end-to-end execution.
• Analyze operations data to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Create scalable solutions based on data and customer requirements.
