Job Overview

Machine Operator roles across several manufacturing sectors including machining, printing, packaging, and production equipment. Duties involve operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of machines (lathes, CNC, flat-die, extrusion, laser cutting, injection molding, printing presses, die-cutting, blowing, direct wrap, screen, and quilting machines) while ensuring precision, quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate lathe machines, interpret blueprints, select tools, and monitor processes while ensuring precision and quality in machining.
• Conceptualize and execute designs for print and digital media, operate printing machinery, and ensure quality through file preparation and color correction.
• Responsible for machine setup and smooth operations in the steel industry, focusing on metal cutting and straightening processes.
• Operate and maintain plastic flexible packaging machines, ensuring production targets, quality, and safety, requiring knowledge of packaging materials.
• Set up and calibrate machines, monitor operations, conduct maintenance, document data, and ensure quality while adhering to safety protocols and mentoring others.
• Operate and monitor blowing machines, perform maintenance, conduct quality control, and ensure safety in a manufacturing environment with technical skills.
• Assist in operating plastic flexible packaging machinery, monitor production quality, perform maintenance, and require a high school diploma with manufacturing experience.
• Responsible for material handling, file preparation, color calibration, maintenance, quality control, and ensuring safety and efficiency in printing operations.
• Operate and monitor Krones PET line machines, perform maintenance, ensure quality production, and maintain stocks while adhering to safety and GMP standards.
• Seeking a skilled Offset Printing Machine Operator with expertise in color management, mechanical maintenance, and the ability to manage production schedules independently.
• Operate heat press machines for sublimation printing, ensuring quality and preparation of garments while managing stock and maintaining equipment.
