A manufacturing company in Ajman seeks a Production In Charge for powder coating operations. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire coating process, ensuring timely product dispatch, and maintaining quality standards through rigorous testing. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in powder coating, management skills, and a BE in Engineering, preferably in Chemicals. This role demands effective communication and the ability to resolve customer issues while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in powder coating/paint shop/manufacturing.
• Management/supervisor qualification or experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in powder coating or related sector.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the whole powder coating operations.
• Ensure products are completed and ready for dispatch on time.
• Check quality of the powder coating using calibrated instruments.
• Manage production schedules for the shifts.
• Resolve any customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Train new department employees.
