BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead market growth and subscription performance for Baggins Health, our cloud-based hospital information system. The role is an individual contributor, fully remote, requiring healthcare industry knowledge and the ability to source and convert institutional opportunities independently.

You will target hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organisations, build a commercial pipeline, and drive revenue with verified deals.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of B2B Enterprise Sales/Business Development or Technology Sales experience.
• Proven history of closing high-value deals; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation skills and professional spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Independently identify and acquire hospitals, clinics, medical centres and healthcare organisations needing hospital management software.
• Develop and execute practical product growth and customer acquisition strategies within the assigned market.
• Promote Baggins Health through healthcare industry networks, hospital associations and strategic partnerships.
• Present and demonstrate the platform's EMR, patient management, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, inpatient care and financial management capabilities.
• Convert prospects and trial users into paying subscribers.
• Build professional relationships with hospital administrators, medical directors and procurement decision-makers.
• Identify operational challenges and demonstrate how Baggins Health addresses them.
• Coordinate demonstrations and implementation discussions with internal departments.
• Maintain customer relationships, encourage renewals and minimise cancellations.
• Monitor verified subscription revenue, customer acquisition, retention and market performance.
• Maintain records of engagements, demonstrations and outcomes.
• Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvements.
• Ensure data privacy and procurement requirements are escalated when needed.
