Qualifications

  • 7+ years in procurement.
  • CIPS certification or working towards it.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC and international contracting standards is a plus.

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for allocated packages.

Your Role

As a Procurement Package Manager, you will

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for allocated packages.
  • Develop a strong understanding of assigned category dynamics, supply markets, and sourcing levers to support value-based procurement.
  • Prepare and issue RFXs, evaluate proposals, and negotiate commercial and technical terms.
  • Ensure compliance with project budgets, specifications, and timelines.
  • Ensure effective transition from contract award to execution, coordinating with commercial and project teams to manage kickoff, documentation, and performance tracking. Maintain accurate procurement documentation and progress tracking.
  • Support senior procurement team members with risk assessment and reporting.
  • Assist in monitoring supplier performance, adherence to deliverables, and support resolution of non-conformances during execution
  • Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking for allocated categories.
  • Contribute to cost saving and value engineering initiatives.
  • Support procurement reporting by tracking savings, lead times, and procurement status of assigned packages
  • Support supplier prequalification and onboarding processes.
  • Manage resources, implement strategies, and provide leadership to teams and departments to achieve business performance goals.
  • Promote Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices within departments, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and contributing to corporate responsibility goals.
  • Implement and manage continuous improvement and innovation projects within teams and functions, streamlining workflows, optimizing resources, and delivering measurable efficiency gains.
  • Apply technical expertise and discipline-specific knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes within your area of specialization.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business.
What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Strong procurement and negotiation skills
  • Expertise in package procurement (RFX, bid evaluation, technical-commercial alignment)
  • Ability to assess suppliers, analyze quotes, and identify savings
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, documentation standards, and ERP systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • CIPS certification (or working towards)

Desirable

  • Knowledge of supply chain risk management
  • Familiarity with FIDIC and international contracting standards
  • Experience with e-sourcing platforms and ESG sourcing criteria
