Role Purpose

Responsible for developing procurement strategies driving supplier excellence improving processes ensuring cost optimization and strengthening supplier partnerships particularly across China and East Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies aligned to business objectives
• Maintain supplier database & establish framework agreements
• Drive supplier audits development & performance improvement
• Lead contract negotiations & cost savings initiatives
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 procurement governance
• Risk management & continuity planning
• Procurement data analytics & reporting
• Vendor quality approvals validation and compliance governance
• Lead continuous improvement & supplier corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain / Business / Logistics
• 7 years procurement or SCM experience (automotive preferred)
• Strong exposure to China / East Asia supplier ecosystem
• Strong negotiation supplier development & logistics knowledge
• GCC logistics understanding preferred
• Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills
