Overview

Our client is a leading investment platform in the Middle East, managing a diversified portfolio across venture and growth capital. Following the success of its early-stage funds, the firm is now expanding into a new private equity strategy aimed at supporting growth and buyout opportunities across the region. With strong institutional backing and active fundraising for its new vehicle, the platform combines deep local relationships with a hands-on approach to value creation in technology, financial services, and digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Deal origination and sourcing: identify and assess potential investments across the GCC and wider MENA region, particularly within technology, fintech, and software sectors
  • Due diligence and execution: develop detailed financial models, valuations, and market assessments; coordinate commercial, financial, and legal due diligence processes
  • Portfolio management: support operational and strategic initiatives across portfolio companies, drive growth levers and performance improvement
  • Sector research: monitor regional trends in tech and innovation, prepare investment memoranda and internal committee materials
  • Fund development: contribute to the strategy and positioning of the new private equity vehicle and support investor materials for fundraising
Candidate Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or management consulting, ideally with exposure to technology or digital sectors
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with proven transaction execution experience
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, fintech, or digital business models preferred
  • Fluent Arabic and English required
  • Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and management teams
