Qualifications

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, transport planning, and traffic impact studies.
• Approved Traffic Engineer (Level 3 TIS) by Dubai RTA and Abu Dhabi ITC.
• Strong understanding of project delivery and Earned Value Management.

Responsibilities
