We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Principal Engineer Water to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will lead and oversee complex water infrastructure projects driving sustainable solutions for our clients and the communities we serve.

  • Spearhead the design and implementation of largescale water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure project quality timeliness and adherence to budgets
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated water management solutions
  • Conduct advanced hydraulic modeling and analysis for complex water systems
  • Oversee environmental impact assessments for waterrelated projects
  • Stay current with industry trends and innovative technologies in water engineering
  • Contribute to business development efforts and proposal writing
  • Ensure compliance with local and international water regulations and standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering
  • Minimum 12 years of experience with at least 5 years in the UAE or other GCC countries.
  • Ability to lead a team of engineers to deliver medium to largesized projects.
  • Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for the team
  • Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staffs specific area of expertise.
  • Develops study and design procedures to facilitate highquality costeffective work by others.
  • Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
  • Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.
  • Uses expertise in all steps of completing the discipline component of the PS&E package.
  • Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.
  • Prepares technical specification sections.
  • Provides input to developing the engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.
