• Lead and oversee the design and implementation of complex road and highway projects throughout the UAE and wider Middle East region
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Develop cutting-edge solutions for transportation infrastructure challenges with a focus on sustainability and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with local UAE and international design standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
• Conduct thorough technical reviews and quality assurance checks on project deliverables demonstrating keen attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; Masters degree preferred
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in road and highway engineering with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Advanced knowledge of road and highway design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• In-depth understanding of UAE and international road and highway design standards and regulations
• Expertise in sustainable and innovative road construction techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with experience mentoring junior engineers
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Experience in delivering BIM Infrastructure projects and ability to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams
