Job summary

ManageEngine is seeking a dynamic Presales/Technical Consultant in Dubai, UAE. You will handle end-to-end presales engagements, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and define technical scopes and onboarding documents while serving as a trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts.

The role requires travel across the Middle East and Africa regions, flexibility, and strong server/network expertise with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT experience with strong understanding of server and network infrastructure.
• Experience with Active Directory and IT processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end presales engagements and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Define technical scopes and onboarding documentation.
• Serve as trusted advisor and technical contact for strategic accounts.
• Travel across MEA regions to meet customer needs and attend events.
