Job summary

Ingram Micro UAE is seeking a Technical Presales Consultant to accelerate sales of assigned products by delivering presales support to customers. You will convert inquiries into technical solutions, meet end-users, and design BOMs and solution blocks with hardware and software vendors.

You will also run demos and PoC presentations, and organize technical training for partners and customers, leveraging Gulf and Cyber Security know-how to drive results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of presales experience
• Gulf and Cyber Security experience
• Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Converting customer reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions
• Meeting with end-users to understand their requirements
• Generating Bills of Materials and designing solution blocks with vendors
• Conducting demos and proof of concept presentations to customers
• Arranging and conducting technical training for partners and customers
