Job summary

DYNAMIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICES L.L.C. in Dubai seeks a Presales Engineer / Solutions Engineer to support data center power and critical infrastructure design. You will translate customer requirements into technically compliant solutions, prepare BOMs and technical proposals, and present to clients.

With 7+ years in data centers, MEP or related fields, you will collaborate with vendors, OEMs and partners, conduct site surveys, and support RFP/RFQ responses while training others on solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data centers, MEP or critical infrastructure, preferably in presales/solutions engineering.
• Strong knowledge of power, cooling, UPS, generators and DCIM.
• Experience with solution design, BOMs, RFPs/RFQs, site surveys and technical proposals.
• Strong customer-facing, presentation and technical communication skills.
• Experience working with vendors, OEMs, system integrators and partners.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical, compliant solutions.
• Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical presales support for data center MEP and critical infrastructure solutions
• Understand customer requirements and develop technically compliant solutions
• Review designs specifications and architectures and prepare BOMs and technical proposals
• Conduct customer presentations technical demos workshops and site surveys
• Support RFP RFQ responses pilots and Proofs of Concept
• Collaborate with sales engineering vendors and partners to develop solutions
• Provide technical clarifications and support throughout the presales cycle
• Enable partners through technical briefings and solution training
