Responsibilities

• Receive and greet customers, discuss servicing/repair needs, guide them on assessment and repair based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Explain contents of the job, its value and cost involved; prepare clear work instructions for the technician.
• Organize inspection upon completion of the job to ensure quality meets prescribed standards.
• Deliver the vehicle courteously after completion to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers about service status and delivery timelines.
• Upsell new accessories, service packages, and participate in service campaigns.
