Qualifications

• Vocational qualification in automotive trade or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or graduate
• 2-5 years’ experience in automotive trade

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss servicing/ repair needs, guiding assessment and repair decisions
• Explain job contents, value and cost; prepare clear work instructions for technicians
• Inspect completion quality to ensure standards are met and customer satisfaction
• Deliver vehicles courteously when work is completed and collect payments as required
• Maintain proactive communication with customers about progress and service recommendations
