Job summary

Al Tayer Motors, a premium UAE destination for luxury automotive excellence, seeks an experienced Service Advisor to greet customers, discuss servicing needs, and translate requirements into clear technician instructions. You will manage inspections, ensure quality, and deliver vehicles with courtesy to secure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

You will also actively communicate with customers on ongoing performance, inform them about back-order parts, and pursue upsell opportunities

Qualifications

• Vocational qualification in automotive trade or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or graduate.
• 2 -5 years' experience in automotive trade.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss servicing/repair needs based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Explain job contents, value and cost; prepare clear work instructions for technicians.
• Organize inspection on completion to ensure quality meets standards and satisfy customers.
• Deliver vehicles courteously after completion to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing business.
• Proactively communicate with existing and prospective customers on service performance to retain loyalty.
• Keep customers informed about back-order parts and delivery times; follow up during WIP to close within 30 days.
• Upsell service packages and accessories; participate in service campaigns.
• Upgrade knowledge through web-based and classroom training.
• Maintain cordial relations with customers and workshop staff.
