This is a customer-facing role with revenue responsibility, where strong communication, automotive knowledge, and upselling skills help meet service sales targets while ensuring transparent and professional service.

• Guide customers through the complete vehicle service journey.
• Coordinate with workshop teams and update customers on progress.
• Support timely vehicle completion and delivery per commitments.
• Explain completed work and costs during handover.
• Identify upselling opportunities to contribute to revenue targets.
• Manage customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure documentation and follow established processes.
