Job summary

Fortinet Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer in Dubai, UAE, to support the sales organization with pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales activities. You will lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, collaborate with sales partners, and manage customer relationships.

The role requires strong security knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to present Fortinet solutions to customers and partners both remotely and in person. A Cisco/Fortinet environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales engineering and end-to-end deal management.
• Strong knowledge of network security technologies.
• Ability to communicate technically to diverse stakeholders.
• CISSP accreditation would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of sales cycles for Enterprise customers.
• Present Fortinet solutions via whitepapers, plans, and customer discussions.
• Collaborate with sales partners and internal teams to close deals.
• Maintain accurate customer activity and account information in Salesforce.
