Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer for the Public Sector in the UAE to support the sales team on technical matters during pre-sales and post-sales phases. You will lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle with enterprise customers from RFIs to RFPs, and coordinate POCs with internal teams and customers.

You will listen to customer requirements, build competitive Fortinet solutions, present via whiteboards and technical papers, and maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce while ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales engineer or similar role handling end-to-end deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for remote and in-person engagements.
• Knowledge of network security concepts (encryption, authentication, VPNs) and Fortinet portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle from RFIs through RFQs for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate POCs in collaboration with internal teams and the customer and/or partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and account data in Salesforce.
• Position Fortinet solutions to customers and partners, differentiating from competitors.
