Job summary

Fortinet in the UAE is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the sales team across pre-sales, sales calls and post-sales. You will lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and act as the main technical contact for customers and partners, coordinating with internal teams.

You will continuously deepen Fortinet product knowledge, position solutions, and manage multiple deals while ensuring a positive customer experience and accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated aptitude for security technology and encryption.
• Experience in pre-sales, managing end-to-end technical deals.
• Strong problem-solving skills impacting wins.
• Ability to communicate technically to diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of RADIUS, PKI, IPSEC and firewall concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with enterprise customers.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners.
• Present Fortinet solutions via whitepapers, plans and discussions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and partners to craft solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
