Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer in Dubai, UAE. The role partners with a sales representative to support pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales in a defined territory.

You will lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle for Enterprise customers, collaborate across teams, and actively participate in POCs. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required, with deep knowledge of Fortinet products and security technologies.

Qualifications

• High aptitude for security technology including encryption and authentication.
• Experience in pre-sales engineering and end-to-end technical deals is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of sales cycles for Enterprise customers, from RFIs to RFQs.
• Be the primary technical contact for customers and partners.
• Position Fortinet solutions effectively via remote or in-person interactions.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
