Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer in Dubai, UAE to support the sales organization across pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales. You will lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, work closely with a sales representative in a defined territory, and position Fortinet solutions to customers and partners.

You will develop technical proposals, run POCs, and maintain strong customer relationships while continuously expanding Fortinet product knowledge in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical aspects of sales cycles and pre-sales support.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and translate into solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers, from RFIs to RFPs & RFQs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design solutions and run POCs with internal and partner teams.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners.
• Maintain knowledge of Fortinet products and competitive landscape for long-lasting protection offerings.
• Position Fortinet solutions remotely or in person with confidence and clarity.
• Manage multiple deals with time-efficient customer interaction and CRM updates.
• Keep accurate customer activity, contact, and account information in Salesforce.
