The Sales Executive cum Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments managing sales documentation, tracking orders, and maintaining customer relationships. The role focuses on enabling the sales team to achieve targets efficiently and ensuring timely delivery of products and services in the automotive aftermarket segment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, quotations, and follow‑ups.
  • Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and product availability.
  • Support preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking for management.
  • Liaise with distributors, workshops, and retailers to address queries and resolve issues.
  • Help organize product promotions, events, and marketing initiatives as required.
