Qualifications

We are currently recruiting for PMC Logistics Manager role to support our ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The Role

The PMC Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating all logistics, materials, transportation, and supply chain activities for ADNOC Offshore projects. The role ensures safe, cost-effective, and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and personnel to offshore and onshore sites in compliance with ADNOC standards, HSE requirements, and project schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  • Develop and implement the Project Logistics Management Plan in line with ADNOC Offshore requirements.
  • Plan and manage logistics for offshore and onshore construction, including heavy lifts, modules, piping, equipment, and bulk materials.
  • Coordinate transportation by sea, air, and land (vessels, barges, helicopters, trucks).
  • Manage customs clearance, import/export documentation, and local regulations.
  • Oversee warehousing, storage, preservation, and inventory control.
Offshore & Marine Logistics
  • Coordinate marine spreads, vessel scheduling, and load‑out operations.
  • Interface with marine contractors, port authorities, and offshore installation teams.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC marine, offshore safety, and navigation requirements.
  • Monitor weather windows and offshore constraints affecting logistics operations.
Project Coordination
  • Interface with ADNOC Offshore, EPC contractors, vendors, and third parties.
  • Ensure logistics activities align with project schedules and construction priorities.
  • Support constructability reviews and installation planning from a logistics perspective.
  • Provide regular logistics status reports to PMC and ADNOC Offshore.
HSE & Compliance
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with ADNOC HSE policies, procedures, and permits.
  • Conduct risk assessments, JSA, and method statement reviews for logistics operations.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across all logistics and transport activities.
Cost & Contract Management
  • Monitor logistics budgets, costs, and contractor performance.
  • Review and approve logistics contractor invoices and variations.
  • Support procurement and contract administration related to logistics services.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and manage the PMC logistics team.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to logistics engineers and coordinators.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and lessons‑learned sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in logistics management within oil & gas offshore projects.
  • Proven experience working as PMC or EPC Logistics Manager on large offshore projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ADNOC Offshore standards, procedures, and approvals is highly preferred.
  • Experience in Middle East offshore projects is essential.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of marine logistics, heavy lifts, and offshore installation support.
  • Sound understanding of HSE, risk management, and ADNOC requirements.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in logistics planning tools and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
