Plumber Supervisor


We are seeking an experienced Plumber Supervisor to manage our team of plumbers in Dubai, UAE. As a Plumber Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the plumbing team, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plumbers to ensure they are following safety procedures and completing tasks efficiently.
- Assign tasks and schedule work for the plumbing team, taking into consideration project requirements and deadlines.
- Monitor work progress and provide guidance to team members as needed.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are available for the team to complete their tasks.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Train new team members on job responsibilities, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and time spent on projects.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in plumbing is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumber, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.
- Must be able to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or working in tight spaces.
