Job summary

A regional service provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Operator – Piler to manage and operate the piling area within a steel processing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure that bars or bundles are processed correctly and safely, while maintaining product quality. Responsibilities include operating piling equipment, monitoring operations, and ensuring all materials are accurately labeled. Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mill process automation (Level 2 & SAP systems).
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Run piling equipment according to standard procedures.
• Monitor equipment for faults, defects, or malfunctions.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams.
• Ensure all bundles are properly labeled and tagged.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.

Skills

Basic understanding of mill process automation
