Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose patients to identify rehabilitation needs and establish personalized treatment goals.
• Design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs that may include physical therapy, exercise regimens, and pain management techniques.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to deliver cohesive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding the rehabilitation process and self-management strategies.
• Stay informed about advancements in physical medicine and rehabilitation, integrating best practices into clinical work.
• Engage in research, quality improvement projects, and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and complete medical documentation in line with regulatory standards.

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is mandatory.
• Active and valid medical license to practice in the relevant state.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
