Job summary

A leading company in administrative support based in Dubai is seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO. This role involves providing high-level administrative, organizational, and confidential support to ensure efficient management of the CEO's time and priorities. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in a similar role, exceptional organizational skills, and fluency in both English and Arabic. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, preparing reports, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Experience supporting CEO or senior leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing notes.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, board sessions, and follow-ups.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Assist with personal and professional tasks as required.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by the CEO.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems.
