Job description

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team and provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Handle email correspondence, calls, and messages with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.

  • Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Operations & Office Coordination

  • Oversee daily administrative tasks and maintain organized filing systems.

  • Assist with project coordination, research tasks, and follow-ups.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of management.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of office logistics and supplies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to run occasional errands if required.

Salary Range and Benefits:

Salary Range: 3,000 AED – 4,000 AED (based on experience and qualifications).
We provide medical insurance as per UAE law, visa sponsorship, training, support, and additional benefits (subject to the applicant).

Work Arrangement:

This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote or hybrid work options. Candidates must be available to work from the designated location.
