As we continue to expand, we are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support Co-Founder Emily Abraham - a leading figure in the global luxury space, often featured across media, events, and social platforms.

Role Overview

This role requires precision, discretion, and exceptional organisational skill. You will act as Emily’s right hand - managing her schedule, communications, and commitments across business, lifestyle, and media engagements. The position is fast-paced, detail-driven, and highly rewarding for someone who thrives in the world of luxury and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise Emily’s calendar, travel, and appointments
  • Act as the first point of contact for communications, internally and externally
  • Liaise professionally with VIP clients, partners, and media teams
  • Support daily operations, events, social media shoots, and press activities
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Coordinate personal tasks and lifestyle management with precision
  • Anticipate needs and ensure seamless execution across all priorities
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (experience in luxury, fashion, or media preferred)
  • Exceptional organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proactive mindset — able to work independently and anticipate next steps
  • Tech-savvy, with strong familiarity with scheduling and productivity tools
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent
  • Polished and professional presentation in line with luxury standards
  • Based in Dubai, with full right to work
