Job description

We are seeking an organized and efficient Learning & Development Admin Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This internship opportunity offers a chance to gain hands‑on experience in supporting the Learning & Development department of a growing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration and coordination of training programs and workshops
  • Support the maintenance and updating of the companys Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Help prepare training materials including presentations handouts and e-learning content
  • Contribute to the organization and scheduling of training sessions
  • Assist in tracking attendance and completion rates for various learning initiatives
  • Support the team in data entry report generation and basic analysis of training metrics
  • Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks related to L&D projects
  • Help maintain organized digital and physical files of training resources and participant records
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proactive and eager to learn new skills and technologies
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
