Job summary

Cosmo Di Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai seeks a Patient Coordinator to own the client journey and keep the clinic running smoothly. You will manage communications, bookings and the full patient flow from check-in to check-out, delivering a premium service with a focus on converting inquiries into bookings.

The role requires excellent English, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. This on-site position offers visa support and a professional, premium environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English essential.
• Strong communication and people skills with a service mindset.
• Sales sensitivity to convert interest into bookings.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized across many tasks.
• High Excel skills and comfortable with data entry.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a premium service setting.
• Experience in a premium client-facing service is required.
• Familiarity with booking systems and messaging tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle client messages across WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels in clear English.
• Respond to inquiries, convert chats into appointments, and guide first steps.
• Follow up to encourage repeat visits and re-engage inactive clients.
• Manage the booking calendar and confirmations; track next-day appointments.
• Welcome clients on arrival and oversee the full visit from check-in to check-out.
• Coordinate with specialists, manage room readiness and treatment flow.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock control and daily reconciliation; keep client records confidential.
