Job summary

Ontime Group Dubai clinic seeks an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments and maintaining premium service standards.

The candidate will lead the clinic team, optimize patient experience, monitor schedules and resources, ensure DHA compliance, and drive sales and retention in a startup-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in aesthetic/premium healthcare preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations and patient care.
• UAE healthcare experience preferred.
• Adept at managing sales, retention, and clinic performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
• Lead, coordinate, and support the clinic team to maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and patient care.
• Manage the overall patient journey and experience, addressing concerns and ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Monitor appointments, staff schedules, clinic resources, supplies, and other operational requirements.
• Support sales, patient retention, and clinic performance, monitoring key operational and business targets.
• Ensure compliance with DHA requirements, clinic policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with management and the medical team to support launch, growth, and ongoing development of the clinic.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client’s aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in clinic operations, team management, patient experience, and business performance, with the ability to maintain the high service standards expected within a premium aesthetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
• Lead, coordinate, and support the clinic team to maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and patient care.
• Manage the overall patient journey and experience, addressing concerns and ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Monitor appointments, staff schedules, clinic resources, supplies, and other operational requirements.
• Support sales, patient retention, and clinic performance, monitoring key operational and business targets.
• Ensure compliance with DHA requirements, clinic policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with management and the medical team to support the successful launch, growth, and ongoing development of the clinic.

• Proven experience as a Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role, preferably within an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or premium healthcare environment.

• Strong knowledge of clinic operations, patient experience, team management, and customer service.
• Previous UAE healthcare or aesthetic clinic experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of sales, patient retention, and clinic performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished approach.
• Ability to thrive in a startup/growing clinic environment and contribute to establishing strong operational standards.
