Job summary

Ontime Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Clinic Client Relations Manager to oversee client relations and support day-to-day operations of an aesthetic clinic. The role requires expertise in the aesthetic or healthcare industry and exceptional client management and communication skills.

Based at a premium clinic in Jumeirah, you will coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists and administration to deliver outstanding patient experiences and drive retention across cosmetic and wellness

Qualifications

• 2-3 years UAE experience in a client relations, clinic management, or operations role.
• Experience in aesthetic/dermatology/plastic surgery or premium healthcare environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinic operations and the aesthetic patient journey.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Professional presentation with a customer-service mindset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall client journey and ensure high patient satisfaction.

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Client Relations Manager to oversee client relations and support the day-to-day operations of an aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the aesthetic or healthcare industry, with excellent client management, communication, and operational skills.

About the Client:

A growing healthcare and wellness clinic based in Jumeirah, Dubai, offering a range of medical, aesthetic, and wellness services. The clinic focuses on personalized, patient-centered care and provides treatments using modern technologies and evidence-based approaches.

They offer a combination of aesthetic and wellness treatments, including injectable treatments, skin and facial procedures, laser-based treatments, body and wellness services, and other personalized aesthetic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall client journey, ensuring a high standard of service and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee daily front-of-house and client relations operations within the clinic.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Support appointment management, client follow-ups, treatment coordination, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain high service standards aligned with the clinic’s premium aesthetic brand and patient experience.
• Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities to improve service quality and clinic efficiency.

• European female candidates preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in a similar client relations, clinic management, or operations role.
• Previous experience within an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, plastic surgery clinic, or premium healthcare environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinic operations and the aesthetic patient journey.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Professional presentation with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage day-to-day operational requirements.
