• Coordinate appointments, treatments, surgeries, and follow-up visits with doctors and nurses.
• Maintain accurate patient records, follow-up notes, and lead statuses in the CRM.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate clinical questions to the medical team.
• Work toward agreed booking and revenue targets while maintaining excellent patient service.
• Prepare daily reports on inquiries, bookings, follow-ups, and conversions.

Perfect Doctors Clinic is looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator to manage patient inquiries, book consultations, and support patients throughout their aesthetic treatment and surgical journey.

The ideal candidate has experience in an aesthetic or plastic surgery clinic, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to convert inquiries into booked appointments.

Responsibilities:

Understand patients’ concerns and explain available services, prices, and booking procedures accurately.
