Pastry Chef – Haur-Fakkan, UAE

We are looking for a passionate and talented Pastry Chef to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of delicious and visually appealing pastries, desserts, and other baked goods. This is a full‑time position with a salary of 1100 per month. We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing delicious pastry items such as cakes, tarts, quiches, éclairs, and other baked goods from scratch
  • Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to in the kitchen
  • Decorating pastries using various techniques
  • Working with other chefs on menu development
  • Creating new recipes as well as innovating existing recipes
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene in the kitchen
  • Keeping up with current trends in the pastry industry
  • Assisting in ordering ingredients on a regular basis
  • Training junior staff on proper techniques for baking pastries
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have experience in pastry production, knowledge of food safety regulations, and an eye for detail when it comes to presentation. You must be organized, able to work under pressure, and able to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
