You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to design seasonal menus, supervise a pastry team, and ensure high standards of quality and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have formal culinary training, proven experience in a hotel environment, and excellent leadership skills. Flexibility to work various shifts is essential.
