Job summary

HomesGetaway is seeking an experienced Owner Acquisition Executive in Dubai to expand the managed property portfolio. You will manage the full acquisition cycle from initial owner engagement to signing management agreements, with success measured by the number and quality of onboarded properties.

Responsibilities include owner consultations, property viewings, and building partnerships with agencies and developers, while ensuring compliance with DTCM permit requirements and UAE regulations.

Qualifications

HomesGetaway is a holiday homes and short-term rental management company licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DTCM). We provide property owners with end-to-end management services designed to maximise rental performance while delivering high standards of hospitality to our guests.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Owner Acquisition Executive to expand our managed property portfolio. The successful candidate will manage the full acquisition cycle, from initial engagement with property owners through to the execution of management agreements. The role is measured primarily on the number and quality of properties onboarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified owner enquiries into signed holiday home management agreements
• Conduct owner consultations, property viewings and follow-up meetings
• Develop and maintain referral partnerships with real estate agencies, building management companies and developers
• Prepare rental income projections comparing short-term and long-term leasing, in coordination with the Revenue team
• Address owner concerns on management fees, guest standards, furnishing and permit requirements, and negotiate commercial terms
• Coordinate property onboarding with the Operations team, including DTCM permits, photography and listing activation
• Maintain an accurate acquisition pipeline in the CRM and submit weekly performance reports
• Provide market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing and community performance
• Ensure all owner outreach complies with UAE telemarketing regulations and DTCM requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Dubai real estate sector in listings, leasing, property acquisition or business development
• A demonstrable track record of securing listings or property management mandates
• Sound knowledge of Dubai’s residential communities and their rental yields
• Understanding of the holiday home sector, including the DTCM permit framework
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills
• Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving licence

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with a Dubai holiday home operator
• An established professional network of property owners, investors or real estate agents

Remuneration and Benefits

• Basic salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month, commensurate with experience
• Commission per property onboarded, with additional performance incentives
• Dedicated telesales support providing qualified owner enquiries
