Job summary

HomesGetaway is seeking an experienced Owner Acquisition Executive in Dubai to expand the managed property portfolio. You will manage the full acquisition cycle from initial owner engagement to signing management agreements, with success measured by the number and quality of onboarded properties.

Responsibilities include owner consultations, property viewings, and building partnerships with agencies and developers, while ensuring compliance with DTCM permit requirements and UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Dubai real estate experience in listings, leasing, acquisition or business development.
• Track record of securing listings or property management mandates.
• Knowledge of Dubai residential communities and rental yields.
• Understanding of DTCM permit framework for holiday homes.

Responsibilities

• Convert owner enquiries into signed management agreements.
• Conduct owner consultations, property viewings and follow-up meetings.
• Develop referral partnerships with real estate agencies and developers.
• Prepare rental income projections and coordinate with Revenue team.
• Negotiate terms, fees, and permits with owners.
