Job summary

IPR Holiday Homes Rental LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Business Development Manager for a full‑time, on‑site role. You will identify and acquire property owners and investors, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth for our turnkey holiday home solutions.

You will network with real estate stakeholders, conduct client meetings and property consultations, present turnkey offerings, and prepare proposals and contracts.

Qualifications

In partnership with IP Interior, the company transforms empty properties into fully furnished, guest-ready holiday homes in as little as 15 days, covering design, furnishing, setup, and full operational management. Services span short-term rental and vacation rental management, dynamic pricing, booking and guest communication, housekeeping, and revenue optimization. This seamless, end-to-end model supports clients from initial property preparation through ongoing operations and investment support, enabling owners to maximize returns with minimal effort.

Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for identifying and acquiring new property owners and investors, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth for IPR Holiday Homes Rental LLC. Day-to-day activities include networking with real estate stakeholders, conducting client meetings and property consultations, presenting turnkey solutions, and preparing proposals and contracts. The Business Development Manager will maintain relationships with existing partners, coordinate closely with operations and interior design teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and monitor market trends to refine go-to-market strategies. The role also involves setting sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications

• Business development, sales, and account management skills, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals in real estate or hospitality.


• Market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning capabilities to identify growth segments and shape business strategies in Dubai’s property market.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to explain complex turnkey solutions clearly and build long-term client relationships.


• Relationship-building and networking skills with property owners, investors, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.


• Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic financial and revenue analysis to manage pipelines and monitor performance.


• Prior experience in holiday homes, short-term rentals, real estate services, or hospitality management is highly beneficial.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.


• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple opportunities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages commonly used in Dubai’s market are a plus.
