Job summary

HomesGetaway in Dubai is seeking a professional Telesales Executive to engage with property owners, assess their needs, and arrange consultations with our Owner Acquisition Executives.

You will hit weekly targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and present our holiday home management services clearly while complying with UAE regulations. Training is provided and there are opportunities for progression within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in telesales, customer service or a call centre environment within the UAE.
• Experience in the Dubai real estate sector is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage (Arabic).
• Professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp Business.
• Currently residing in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Contact property owners who have enquired through the company’s website, marketing campaigns and referral partners
• Present the company’s holiday home management services clearly and accurately
• Assess properties against company criteria, including location, unit type, furnishing status and current occupancy
• Schedule owner consultations and property viewings for the Owner Acquisition team
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all communications in the CRM system
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified enquiries and scheduled consultations
• Conduct all calls in full compliance with UAE telemarketing regulations and company policy

HomesGetaway is a holiday homes and short-term rental management company licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DTCM). We provide property owners with end-to-end management services designed to maximise rental performance while delivering high standards of hospitality to our guests.

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and well‑organised Telesales Executive to join our Owner Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with property owners who have expressed interest in our services, assessing their requirements, and arranging consultations with our Owner Acquisition Executives.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Basic salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month
• Performance-based commission on qualified consultations and successfully onboarded properties
• Comprehensive training on the Dubai holiday home market

• Working hours: [Sunday/Monday – Friday/Saturday], 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
